wgadmin Posted June 19, 2004 Posted June 19, 2004 Dmoz Category URL: http://dmoz.org/Games/Video_Games/Puzzle/Shareware/ URL http://www.yoogi.com/interactive/index.htm was listed in this category for an year. However I moved my main page to http://www.yoogi.com/ and requested a URL, Description change. (From google's directoty it appears that the change was effected) But now the site is removed. I made a request under, http://dmoz.org/Games/Video_Games/Developers_and_Publishers/Independent_Developers/Y/ recently (2/3 days ago) A.was it moved to some other directory? B.Do I endanger my existing listing by requesting 1 more appropriate category?
donwiebe Posted June 19, 2004 Posted June 19, 2004 The site wasn't removed; it was moved to anothe category: [cat]Games/Video_Games/Puzzle/Shareware/Collections[/cat] where it is now listed. Your submission in [cat]Games/Video_Games/Developers_and_Publishers/Independent_Developers/Y[/cat] is awaiting review, but it will probably be declined since your site is already listed in [cat]Games/[/cat]. If you want to have your site moved to the Independent Developers category, the best thing to do is to submit an update request in the Shareware Collections category using the "Update URL" link at the top of the page.
