Actually, it ranges anywhere between a couple of days and many months. Sorry I can't be more specific. You can request another update 6 months from your last request, though.

Hi,

Sorry for bothering you much. As it is 3 months from your last message i thought I can check once again for the status. If you can please help me.

You'll notice that she said you could come back for an update in 6 months, not 3. :)

That means that you can come back here after Jan. 7, 2005, to get another status update.

It has been deleted from consideration. You are welcome to resubmit once the site is finished. Our editors attempted reviewing the site several times and noted that only pages for a and b were done. They were waiting for the rest of the alphabet before completing our review.

However, finally it removed from the queue because it was taking too long. As I said, you can resubmit once the site is finished.

waiting ....................

Even after one year my site is not yet listed. If you think i have to complete

my site in first day itself it is not good.

Your website is not yet finisthed. Of course, some websites are never finished. You can always keep adding more. However the site is full of 404 errors!

We don't expect anyone to finish their site in one day. We do expect them to finish it before they submit it and start asking about it here. You are wasting both your time and ours asking about the status of an incomplete site.

Finish the site first, then resubmit, then post here if you must.

The guidelines state: " The site should have working links and content rich subpages. Links should not bring up 404 pages or subpages with no content. If a web site is still under construction it is not a good candidate for the Open Directory."

True it also says, "Sometimes sites may have broken links, poor design, or other "quality" issues, yet present information that is difficult or impossible to find on the Web. Consider adding these sites to the ODP. Even with some flaws, if the content is rare and unique, the site may be considered very useful."

However, information about fruit is not hard to find.

Thanks for u r time

Hi Sole,

Thanks for u r time. Just because DMOZ is human edited

directory I have submitted my site manually and spend my time

more here. I bet my site might be useful to someone from the day one,

rather than that argument I want to tell you something without listing

some site even DMOZ is incomplete . Dont discourage people from submitting

their site. Someday even u will feel my site is very useful . Again

thanks for u r time and effort.
