I could neither find any trace of a submission to that category, nor that any editor has looked at it there. www.commerce-europe.com looks pretty much like a doorway site/partial mirror of www.thewebmarketingagency.com which seems to be your main site and already is in that unreviewed queue, so you should not submit commerce-europe.com here or anywhere else.
