In your case what we're looking for is http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Desktop_Customization/Wallpaper. We ask for this because it makes less work for the editors who have donated their time to do these status checks. That said, I ca'n't find a submission for that URL in that category, and there is no record of it having been reviewed. Please feel free to resubmit the site, once, to the most appropriate category.
