I had submitted it a few weeks back (I think) and I submitted it again today.

 

Currently, SiteAll.com itself is listed under Google tools :

In addition, I have also submitted the following root URL too:

To the category:

It is already listed in what would be considered the most appropriate category. I wouldn't submit further, frankly. And definitely not in several categories within a couple of weeks of each other.
