Blair Ballard Posted July 23, 2004 Posted July 23, 2004 Hi, Can you tell me what is the status of http://www.acoastalviewretreat.com. I submitted it about the 3rd week of June to: http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/Canada/British_Columbia/Localities/S/Sechelt/Travel_and_Tourism/Lodging/ Thanks, Blair
djdeeds Posted July 23, 2004 Posted July 23, 2004 It's not waiting there, nor does it have any move/delete history. Please resubmit. Thanks.
Blair Ballard Posted July 23, 2004 Author Posted July 23, 2004 did it go through this time? Thanks for the rapid response! I just resubmitted, can you let me know if the submission went through this time? Blair
donwiebe Posted July 23, 2004 Posted July 23, 2004 I'm sorry, but resubmissions are still subject to the one month rule. Please bump this thread on the 23rd of August. Thanks for your patience.

Blair Ballard Posted October 3, 2004 Author Posted October 3, 2004 acoastalviewretreat.com Hi again. I'm honestly not trying to be such a pest, or to be pushy but I was hoping for some clarification.....when I followed up in this thread to check on the status of my submission about a month ago, an editor explained that the url is queued for "review". I thought this meant the site was about to be looked at. Could you give me an idea of how long the process would take for this site to be reviewed? I appreciate you are all volunteering your time , I just wanted to get an idea of where I/my site stands, so to speak! Thanks very much for your help. Blair
Meta hutcheson Posted October 3, 2004 Meta Posted October 3, 2004 There simply isn't "any idea about how long that process might take." It's a binary state: a submittal is either in "has been reviewed" or "hasn't been reviewed." There is no priority other than what the reviewing editor chooses at that instant, and there's no way of predicting which editor that would be, let alone what they choose to do first.
