Search by URl/site name before .com? USPARROT.COM

My site was listed on October 26. While I can drill to it in the listings here:

http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Pets/Birds/Accessories/

 

I cannot yet locate on a search by URL. In viewing the posts in this forum, it seems that this may be due to the fact that the database has not been updated recently. This is what search results indicate:

Search: usparrot.com

No Open Directory Project results found

Search: usparrot

No Open Directory Project results found

 

I am grateful for the listing. I am confused as to when the listing will be completed and under what circumstances. Is this due to the delayed updating? Or do I need to do something to correct?

As detailed in several other threads in this forum, the ODP search engine normally updates on a weekly basis (after the RDF dump has been produced). Unfortently, due to technical difficulties, the RDF dump (and, therefore, the search engine database) has been been updated since the end of September.

 

ODP staff are aware of this problem and have made it their highest priority to get it fixed. Things are looking even more hopeful of it being fixed within the fortnight (hopefully with the next few days).
