Thanks johncotton.... but the one you saw is a .au site for a holiday apartment complex. The site in this current enquiry is a .com site which has entirely different content.

 

With the benefit of hindsight I should have flagged that for you.

It's not entirely different content, austtr. It's the exact same information for guests and potential guests of the Beaches on Wave Street hotel, just wrapped in a different site design. It will not be listed.

Thanks for the feedback motsa.... I thought the other regional content made the site one which added value to the category which is regional holiday guide, not accommodation. Not to worry, I have a better understanding of how the guidelines are applied, so that counts as a lesson learned for future submissions.
