Hi!

 

I've submitted to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Scotland/Edinburgh,_City_of/Travel_and_Tourism/ It's already been added to the Borders section (the http://www.mardiros.net/scotland/borders.html) and I submitted to the above category leaving a note to the editor to explain why I submitted to two categories.

 

Could someone check the status?

We'd normally prefer to just list the parent http://www.mardiros.net/scotland in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Scotland/Travel_and_Tourism rather than list it's individual pages in their localities.

 

Your Edinburgh submission is still in the queue but the whole site's situation is now under discussion.

The reason I submitted to each regional category is because I meant to submit to the below cat initially but I saw that in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Scotland/Travel_and_Tourism/ there are businesses offering commercial services like tours, official tourist boards and thought my site (totally unofficial and non-commercial) would not be suitable for that cat.

 

When I submitted I attached a note to the editor regarding my submission explaining what I had done and (If I remember correctly) I asked him/her to take the decision he/she thinks it's more appropriate.

 

If you consider the parent site to be suitable for http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Scotland/Travel_and_Tourism/ please place it in the queue for that section and remove the subpage from the Edinburgh subcat.
