URL not showing up when searched for!!

Hello,

I have been listed in the Dmoz directory under: Top: Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Shopping: Gifts: Personalised: Mugs

my site is Design a Mug. But I am unable to search for it even when I actually type in the URL, does anyone know whats going on?? or is it me.

The Search facility at dmoz.org has not been updated since late September. It relies on the weekly RDF dump, which has failed every week since that time. See http://dmoz.org/rdf/tags.html for latest status [Currently "RDFs NOT pushed"].

 

There are several other threads currently open with further information on this topic.

ODP search is never going to be a major source of visitors.

 

You've gotten most of what ODP can give (the ODP listing which is spidered by Google, etc.). The ODP RDF (which goes to the AOL and Google directories, etc.) will come eventually, but won't be a REALLY big source of visitors either.

 

It's time for you to get to work on your website promotion strategy (which most of us here are not competant to help you with).
