I would suggest http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Counties/Los_Angeles/Health/Physicians_and_Clinics/ But I'm sure the reviewing editor will realize that, so that I don't recommend that you resubmit. I would just suggest that you look there for the site while you wait for an editor's review.
