Guest webtsg Posted January 1, 2003 Posted January 1, 2003 Hello, cool I found this place. I submitted a website http://www.mensclick.com to the http://dmoz.org/Society/People/Men/Publications/ directory probably 3 or 5 months ago (been a long time) . Any way to get any info on this? Thanks, Tim
beebware Posted January 1, 2003 Posted January 1, 2003 At the time of review, the editor reviewing your site felt that it had insufficient content to be be listed. I've just had a look at the website and I disagree with them (so whether the site has substantially changed since then I'm not sure) so I have re-added your site to the unreviewed queue of that category (after leaving an appropriate note for future editors) and it is awaiting review with less than half-a-dozen other sites.
Guest webtsg Posted January 1, 2003 Posted January 1, 2003 Thank you for the quick reply and taking time to review the site. We have come a long way in the last few months, and as you mention, probably was lacking content back then. Thanks again, Tim
Guest webtsg Posted June 20, 2003 Posted June 20, 2003 As you can see it has been 6 months since I posted this and still no listing. I submitted again a few weeks back. Any ways to get a status on http://www.mensclick.com ? Thank you Tim
raggedyrugs Posted June 21, 2003 Posted June 21, 2003 Site has been deleted twice since last asked. Once for lack of content and other for nudity. I, like editor beebware above disagree. Site is now listed at http://dmoz.org/Society/People/Men/Publications/Magazines .
Guest webtsg Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Thanks. I really appreciate it. We have never had nudity in Men's Click (actually showing the goods). However , I looked at the directory you replied with and don't see it listed. Is there a delay or something? Thanks again, Tim
Alucard Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Due to our ongoing server upgrade, changes made by editors are not being reflected in the publicly-available pages. Never fear, it will appear
Guest webtsg Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Love the slogan "never fear, it will appear" .. haha. Thanks for the reply and the help. Tim
