Didn't received automated email when I applied.

Dear Sirs:

 

I applied for editor of "Computers: Internet: Web Design and Development: Promotion: Search Engine Optimization Firms: W" about 2 weeks ago and never received an email that Jimnoble noted in a post as quoted below that I should.

 

I tried to reapply and I got an error telling me that "Sorry, you can only have one application at a time." Has my application been received?

You apply to become an editor.

Shortly afterwards, you receive an email sent automatically by our system.

You reply to that email to confirm your address.

Your application joins the visible pool to await evaluation."

Check your spam folder as emails from dmoz frequently end up there. You need to reply to that confirmation email before we can actually see the application.

motsa:Thank you very much. I had looked in my spam folder and was sure you were not in there but upon your suggest I looked again and low and behold there it was.

I am looking forward very much for the opportunity to work at DMOZ.
