This does not affect the status of any submission in Shopping/Antiques_and_Collectibles/ you may have.

First, if I go to http://dmoz.com and type Victoria's Treasure Shop or www.victoriastreasureshop.com into the search field, I get no results. Is this normal? Secondly, is it permissible for a site to be listed under a main category like antiques & collectibles and a regional category? Is this possibly why I can not find the listing is because it is listed under a regional category? Thank you in advance.

Is this normal? It's actually http://dmoz.org/ and no, it's not normal, but is to be expected - a minor, soon-to-be-fixed fault means the search database hasn't been updated in 4 months.
