New member query on site submission

Having been a lurker for some time decided to submit a site for the business and society section.

 

When entering the data had completed all fields but on pressing send I got a message asking to enter e-mail and others that had already been entered.

 

The site is for a local not for profit organisation - http://www.ayrshirebic.co.uk - and I don't want to simply assume that has not gone through and re-submit as would breach guidelines etc. Do I just wait and see or is there any way of checking?
