Well, you suggested that site yesterday so it wasn't eligible for a status request - but to save both yourself and us some time, I'll tell you that it has been removed in favour of the URL http://www.gothiaprotection.se which is waiting for review in http://dmoz.org/Business/Business_Services/Security/Investigation/Investigators/Sweden/ and in http://dmoz.org/World/Svenska/Näringsliv/Affärstjänster/Säkerhet.

Thank you for your prompt reply, it is true that the site was suggested yesterday. However that was for the second time. It was first suggested a month ago. I have tried to read up on your information for posting and I apoligize if there is anything I have missed.

 

Regarding our swedish site I have suggested it a few times the last year without luck. This site (http://www.gothiaprotection.se) will undergo major reconstructing in the future meaning that it might not be avaiable all the time.

 

For this reason we would be grateful if you could disregard our posting of that site in the http://dmoz.org/Business/Business_Services/Security/Investigation/Investigators/Sweden/[/url] cathegory and include the site I suggested this time instead. This site is our international domain.

Since we are marketing the http://www.private-investigations-d...tors-sweden.com domain to our international market it would be great to have that domain in the ODP.

Inclusion of "wrong site"

 

The reason for me wanting to have the http://www.private-investigations-d...tors-sweden.com added in the http://dmoz.org/Business/Business_S...igators/Sweden/ and not http://www.gothiaprotection.se is the SEO factor. Since we are marketing the http://www.private-investigations-d...tors-sweden.com domain to our international market it would be great to have that domain in the ODP. This would make it easier for clients in need of our services to find us using googles search engine.

First of all : we totaly don't care about any so called SEO factor.

 

Facts :

- we list (normaly) only one website for a company

- if we have the choice of several websites owned by the same company we will (normaly) list the site that has the same name as the company or that is used in their email adresses

- if a company want to split their activities over several websites it is the companies own task to make all of these websites visible to the public (the simplest way to do so is by interlinking them)
