claydn Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Please let me know the status of http://www.sandals4u.co.uk, submitted to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Clothing/Footwear/
thehelper Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Sorry but I could not find a submission of that url to that category. Either something went wrong with the submission process or you submitted to a different category. Either way, you should resubmit. Thanks.
claydn Posted October 5, 2004 Author Posted October 5, 2004 Thanks I have re submitted to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Clothing/Footwear/Comfort/Sandals/ can you confirm this has gone through ok ?
Meta hutcheson Posted October 5, 2004 Meta Posted October 5, 2004 Sure ... bump the thread in a month. That may seem arbitrary, but there really is a reason.
claydn Posted November 11, 2004 Author Posted November 11, 2004 its been over a month and I am still not listed, so could I please check the status of http://www.sandals4u.co.uk submitted to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Clothing/F...omfort/Sandals/ Sorry, i created another thread sometime ago at http://resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=26876 but have been told to use this one instead as it was the origanal Thanks Nick
RZ Admin lisagirl Posted November 12, 2004 RZ Admin Posted November 12, 2004 Your submission was received, however, it has been moved. To be listed within the Shopping branch, sites must list specific products and prices. Your site would be appropriate for http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Suffolk/Felixstowe/Business_and_Economy/.
claydn Posted November 14, 2004 Author Posted November 14, 2004 re: category change Hi, Thanks for your reply. Does this mean I need to re submit to the new category it has it been automatically moved? Thanks
jimnoble Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 It's already been moved. there's no need to resubmit.
claydn Posted December 27, 2004 Author Posted December 27, 2004 status request: www.sandals4u.co.uk Hi, I still am not listed, even once my category was change. Please bookmark this thread and return in 6 months to request an update. Thanks. Meta hutcheson Posted January 2, 2005 Meta Posted January 2, 2005 i thought it was every 6 weeks? Too many calendars to keep up with, eh? No, after the submittal has been confirmed received, the informational value of a status check goes way down, so the forum has a rule of six months between checks.
