Thanks for the info but now i'm confused - does this mean that i should re-submit my site to the regional category? is there no record of my site having been submitted? what's my next move?

No it does not, it means that someone else had to provide the clickable links that you were asked to provide.

The Business category does not exist.

 

You may ask again in this thread in 6 months time if you do not see the site listed before then.
