informlink Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 Hi Could you kindly advise me the status of URL http://www.inform-link.co.uk ? I submitted it firstly on March 13, 2002, to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Companies/Software_Development/Custom_Software/Business_and_General_Applications/ The site was not included. We improved design and I submitted it again on October 29th, 2002 to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Full_Service/I/ and http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/I/ Is it still standing in the queue? Thank you
jimnoble Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 At the UK side of things, it was in a short queue which I've now cleared except for your site. Because your home page leads with general IT and the about us page doesn't mention web development at all, the submission has been moved to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Computers/Software/ . Nothing to do with your submission, but you might like to change pavillion to pavilion - unless that was Toyota's version of course .
informlink Posted February 7, 2003 Author Posted February 7, 2003 www.inform-link.co.uk - UK regional Thank you for the misspelling hint and for moving our website to more relevant category: http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Computers/Software/ So what next? Does our site just start queuing afresh in this new category? Should I ask somebody else about its further destiny? Or confirm my agreement to stand in that very queue? (I do agree
jimnoble Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 Re: www.inform-link.co.uk - UK regional Now listed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Computers/Software/Business/ . Sorry not to have completed the job immediately, but real life interrupted for a few hours.
