From our point of view, there are seldom "problems" -- many sites in the world serve their makers' purposes rather than ours, and -- the ODP being a community project, not a supersessionist religion, that is no problem. Very very seldom does a site fail to serve its maker's purpose and ours for the same obviously remediable reason -- if that happens, usually we'll tell you without prompting.
