Si quisiera plantear algunas cuestiones sobre las subcategorías, o las páginas alojadas en algunas de las categorías de top/adult/world/español/... debería hacerlo en este foro, o dirigirme al foro "adult" y, en ese caso, podría hacer el post en español, o sería necesariamente en inglés? Gracias por anticipado.

What you could do is prefix the thread title with [Español] and post in Spanish, as has been done for several questions asked about German sites, prefixed with [Deutsch] and written in German.
