Guest gimmster Posted December 18, 2004 Posted December 18, 2004 Waiting in the first category, never arrived in the second category (not there, not deleted). :tree:
fsboatx Posted December 18, 2004 Author Posted December 18, 2004 does that mean i can resubmit to the second category? thanks for the prompt reply. much appreciated.
Guest gimmster Posted December 18, 2004 Posted December 18, 2004 I'd suggest not. If the reviewing editor thinks it belongs at state level they will move it there. It will not be listed in both categories. At a quick glance it is only relevant to the Austin area at the moment, so I'd just leave it be. (personal question - how do you know when to remove listings, or do you? Some of the properties had fairly high 'page view' counts. I'm unlikely to ever move there, but have visited in the past) :tree: :tree:

Generally owners want to be taken off the site and have their sign picked up when they sell their house, because they are tired of buyers calling and asking questions. So we're confident that just about all of our listings are still for sale. It's not too surprising that some properties have such high "page view" counts. We modeled our business on fsbomadison.com -- which is very successful -- and some of the properties on fsbomadison.com will have 5000 page views.
