Check out the categories under http://dmoz.org/World/Tamil/ , which are for totally Tamil sites. Please submit again to the most appropriate category there -- our English-speaking editors in that English category aren't going to be able to find the right Tamil category, even if they recognize the language (which is extremely unlikely.) We'd get the site to the right place eventually, but it will take an unnecessarily long time. Also, if at a later time you do publish English-language content that isn't already available online, please submit (again) to the English category -- but first make sure a person who can read only English can find the English content.
