Sure, resubmit the website to the correct category, and write down the category path as well as the time of submittal for your own reference

 

You can add something like [previously submitted, but I forgot to which category] in the description if you like to, but it isn't really neccesary.

 

Then again, with the amount of submissions you have done of the same site, you might reconsider on submitting any more copies of your site, as it can easily be interpreted as spamming.

And at least it isn't as bad as remembering which category you submitted to but forgetting which site it was...
