Hundreds of editors can edit in that category, since they are volunteers, when they choose to do so is entirely up to them. That will be one year from when it was originally submitted And it might be reviewed tomorrow, or a year's time, or two years time. Who knows. You haven't paid for anything, nothing gained, nothing lost.
