If the editor reviewing it doesn't think it should be listed at all (say, he finds it full of affiliate links, or discovers that it is a mirror of another site) he will delete it from the unreviewed. If he thinks it is not right for his category, but belongs elsewhere, he will send it either to another category where he thinks it will fit better or to a more general category for evalutation as to where it should go. Of course, the more people who look have to look at a site before listing it, the longer it takes. That's why we encourage people to try and find the best spot themselves before they submit. However, we generally don't delete sites from the unreviewed group just because we don't agree with the spot chosen. We move it along.

All of the items in our site are searchable by date, item, or distance." If you think this should be changed, you may resubmit http://www.lov2bid.com/ to the same category. That submission would probably overwrite the old one waiting for re-review.
