Your submission was rejected in January, as your site seemed to be still under construction. (Even now the links named "more" in the "News & Events" column on the home page don't work.) When those problems are solved, feel free to resubmit. http://www.fesem.com/ also offers a Chinese version, so you may submit it also to the appropriate Chinese language category. Unfortunately I don't know Chinese, but maybe World: Chinese Simplified: 计算机: 硬件 or one of the subcategories is right.
