Guest Dutch Posted March 10, 2003 Posted March 10, 2003 I recently submitted a new site to 2 cats (language variances) and I expected to receive confirmation with detail of the submission from DMOZ. That was not the case. To keep information about the submission currently requires an old fashioned retype in a personal text file. A quick copy/paste from the submission page does not include the actual information provided to DMOZ. Is confirming detail of submissions something DMOZ could take on as a feature?
Meta hutcheson Posted March 10, 2003 Meta Posted March 10, 2003 This has been passed on to the editor's forum devoted to bugs and features. (Netscape employees do all the on-site programming, so their priorities will rule: and I can't say how easy or hard it would be to implement, which would of course affect the priority.)
Guest Dutch Posted March 11, 2003 Posted March 11, 2003 I am sure this is a piece of cake for the php programmers. But thanks, Dutch
totalxsive Posted March 11, 2003 Posted March 11, 2003 Actually, we use Perl at the ODP, not PHP <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />.
