Please give some advice on the timeframe for this request. I wouldn’t think this request would take much effort. The domain name itself represents the city in question.

It will be reviewed when a volunteer editor - one of the editors with editing rights in that category - decides that s/he wants to review suggested sites in that category. That sounds completely random, and it is. There are around 9000 editors, maybe 300 of whom can edit in that particular category. Of those, most will have editing rights in other categories - half a dozen other categories for some, six hundred thousand other categories for others - as well. And in addition, they all work on their own time frames, doing the editorial tasks they fancy for the moment, which might or might not involve looking at suggested sites. The result is that sites are reviewed and categories are built, but it is completely unpredictable as to which sites are going to be reviewed, and which part of the directory will see the most effort.

 

In a word: We can't tell you because we genuinely don't know.
