Dear DMOZ Editor,

I submitted my site so long ago I can't remember the date (> 1 year) or category.

I have now submitted it to the regional directory.

http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Kent/Canterbury/

and I think the category was ...

http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Marketing_and_Advertising/Marketing_Support_Services/

Should I resubmit and make a note this time or are you able to advise on the status with the above details?

regards,

Rick

I was looking at my business category submission and still coudn't find it and discovered that a regional submission was also possible and I did the regional submission only a couple of days ago but the other submission has been "in the system" for at least a year.

Please advise if I need to resubmit the category submission.

Thank you for your attention on this.

regards,

Rick

Your submission of December 4th, 2003 is still waiting for review in the Business category, along with a very large number of other sites.

Thanks for the update.

At this stage is there anything more I need to do apart from be patient?

regards,

Rick

No. There is nothing more you can do other than carry on with your work, maintain your site and move ahead on your other site promotion plans. If you haven't seen it listed 6 months from now, you can come back to this thread and ask again. Hopefully there will be better news then.

It can take anywhere from two hours to several years for a site review to take place.

I do not respond to private messages requesting site status checks.

Status of my regional listing.

Could you please advise on the status of my regional listing.

I'm a "one-man band" and work with small businesses locally so this would really help.

Please let me know.

regards,

Rick
