If you meant http://dmoz/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Financial_Services/Personal_Finance/Mortgages/M ,then it's still in the queue. On previous submissions to various other categories, editors have declined to list it because much of the content is from elsewhere.
