pudsey Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 Hi folks, I'd appreciate some advice - I have a forum, which is very specialised, and audiance specific, but was not sure where I am best submitting this forum, and what the chances were that it would be accepted. The forum is hosted on a domain, where the homepage is undesigned, but is hosting a forum, and links to the forum from the homepage.. ie. http://www.mydomain.com/forum Because the homepage is undesigned, and probably never will be, does this mean that I will not be able to submit the forum on DMOZ? I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me Darren
Meta pvgool Posted March 5, 2005 Meta Posted March 5, 2005 A forum can be listed, preferably in the category of the forum's subject. But just like all other sites it needs enough content. I don't think such a deeplink will be a problem. I will not answer PM or emails send to me. If you have anything to ask please use the forum.
motsa Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 The key thing there, as pvgool mentioned, is content. Keep in mind that, for a forum, that means not submitting until it has a decent amount of activity/members.
