Even if you figure out who can edit there - and there are many editors who can, there is no way for you to know who is actively editing there. Even if you did have a way of contacting an editor who actively edits in that category- I can guarantee it won't help, it's a one way communication. You send a message, the editor will not respond. Editors are discouraged from entering into dialogues with site owners. I'm not sure what you had in mind - but asking editors to review sites is not a good idea.
