I know this is a pest as it does not help you but any info at all would be much appreciated.

So without knowing which category, we can't know which heap to look in. This isn't a problem for editors. If we already know the URL, and we want to review it for a category, it doesn't MATTER if it's been submitted to some other category. And if we DON'T know the URL, we won't be looking for it anyway.
