I have submitted two sites 8 weeks back for listing in the dmoz, till date the sites haven't been listed, can you please let me the reason

 

The following site details and category where the site is submitted

Computers > E-Books > Titles

 

and http://www.whois.la @

Computers > Internet > Domain Names > Name Search

can you please let me the reason

It can take anything from an hour to several years before a site is reviewed and a decision made on listing. That's the nature of a voluntary web cataloging project such as DMOZ as opposed to a commercial listing service like Yahoo. Thanks for the suggestion.

Possibly tomorrow, more likely not, maybe next month, maybe not, perhaps in two years, but we really have no idea.
