I made a mistake in what category (put it in shopping:crafts:beads) because I didn't understand that the category had already been selected by where I clicked through from. I am more used to Ebay system where you keep clicking continue and eventually you get a menu that you select your category from. Then I couldn't figure out a way to fix it and so I submitted in the right category with a note about my error. So now I'm not sure if I need to start over or if that could have worked and I should just wait longer. I'm very sorry to have been so inept with this, please let me know what I should do? Thank you. A clickable link to the category where you made the submission is but one of the requirements for a status check. If you were to browse the READ BEFORE POSTING notice on the top of this forum, you'll be able to determine if you have met all of the requirments. WRT beads/beading, the answer is in the cateogry description: To clarify the difference between "Beading" and "Bead" categories, "beading" in the Crafts categories applies to those crafts which use small beads and iron-on stones used in needlework, weaving and applique. The term "bead" would apply to stringing - jewelry for instance.

Having looked them over I would qualify for both but I think my preffered category would be: http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Crafts/Supplies/Beading/ I'm fairly sure this is the one I originally submitted to. Besides my store I have free beadwork patterns so I think it would apply the best. I also don't know the exact date I submitted, I didn't realize I would need that information later.
