I don't think it qualifies in that area -- but I almost certainly won't be the editor who looks at it there.

 

If you haven't done so already, you might also suggest your site to the appropriate Regional category. A cursory glance suggests http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Metro_Areas/San_Francisco_Bay_Area/Business_and_Economy/Restaurants_and_Bars/ may be the correct category. This is an exception to the guideline about suggesting the site only to the one, best category.
