Your site has been reviewed - and probably will be accepted - it's waiting for another editor to agree on the first review. Usually this happens fairly quickly, but sometimes the process may get delayed. Sorry, but I cannot give an exact time when it will get final approval.

 

It appears part of the site is in English, if enough is in English to be usefull - then you can also suggest you site in an English category.

"another editor" as in any other editor with appropriate permissions, not "a particular other editor". Sorry, you'll just have to wait for someone who wants to edit there to actually do so.
