how long to anser old threads?

What is the expected time to recieve an answe via old threads? i.e we have a thread regarding the status of our site, which unfortunately has taken about 12-18 months so far and as yet not got a status check for one reason or another.

 

I waited another 6 months from my last query and then I have added to this old thread with my new site status request.. however I get no responses to this. Logically i started a new thread saying '' im sorry but i am getting no response to this thread http://resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13079 "

 

I then get told to post on the old thread.. going round in circles isnt really helping anybody so how do i get a status check on this site?

If a status check is due (the appropriate wait times having elapsed) just ask in the same thread. At busy times, it doesn't take long for a request to fall off the page. If it reaches page 4, just bump the thread again
