I have not looked at your update request personally, but here is some general advice which you may or may not have already followed:

 

In order for a URL update to be accepted, you need to make sure that the old URL somehow "points" to the new one. The reason for this is to prevent "listings hijacking".

 

You could do this with a redirect or, if you are less technologically inclined, just put a note on the old page saying "this site has moved to..." and provide the new URL.

 

If you do not do this, the update will be declined, as a matter of policy.

Thank you for your reply Alucard - I had done this with a promoinent 'site has moved' and link to the new URL on the old site, so hopefullly will be processed soon.
