delete watch area on dmoz

i found an area on dmoz called .. "delete watch"

What is it ?

Presubmably nothing in the live directory that users have access to.

 

For any other comment, we lack some information. It's like "I have seen Brooklyn Street, but I won't tell you in which city. Can you tell me who lives there?"

If you mean a category name, and if it starts with the word Bookmarks - then it's just an editor work area that can be used for whatever he wants - e.g. keep track of work in progress

It means whatever the editor who created the category wants it to mean. As bobrat pointed out above, a Bookmarks category is a personal work area for an editor, not a part of the directory.
