How often does the DMOZ update?

Just wondering, it's not real time I think. So, if an editor approves the listing, how long until it appears (usually)?

On the actual dmoz.org pages, it is usually nearly immediate. Sometimes the public servers lag a little bit behind the editor server resulting in a couple of hours or even a couple of days delay between when a change is made to a category and when that change appears on the public pages. There is a bit of a lag right now.

Trim answer - since motsa already covered what I was going say more succinctly :-)

 

As an indicator of the speed right now - edits I did on Monday are showing on the public side, but ones I did on Tuesday are not.
