Editor Powers

Hi, Can I ask, if an editor has his or her category which they oversee, can they add subcatagories or is this down to a more senior type of editor/meta?

 

An example being a category I have applied to be an editor for, could, be broken down into more specifics. Or is that dependant on how large the category is?

 

Who decides?

The category editor or anyone higher up the category tree can do this.

 

We have guidelines on this and (in some areas) templates to follow. There's also plenty of advice in the internal forums.
