I seem to be having trouble getting a listing updated, from:

I submitted the update request quite some time ago. (Sorry, memory fails after a sleep in us oldies, don't you know, but we're talking several weeks here I'm sure.)

 

Is there anything else I can do, so that I can close our old site down completely and remove the redirect?

Updates appear separately on the inside. I am sure that someone (with editing permissions in that area) will notice it soon enough.

 

Don't submit it again though.

 

As long as the old site has a notice pointing to the new site and/or performs a redirect to the new site, then the request is very easy to verify. If neither of those conditions are met, the update will usually be denied.

Yes, a redirect is in place, so that should be ok once it gets noticed then.
