Where does it show if there is an editor

I have looked at a couple of categories and can't see where on the screen it shows me if there is an editor or not? Can someone tell me how I can see if the area that interests me has an editor.

You can see if there is a listed editor by looking at the bottom of the category -- if you see "Volunteer to edit this category", there's no listed editor. Even if there was a listed editor, that doesn't mean it isn't suitable category for a new editor. If you look at the category and can think of a number of sites that should be listed that aren't, a listed category is irrelevant.
