It may have been in 1 of 3 categories, (as I've forgotten).

 

Shopping: Jewelry: Wedding

 

or

 

Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Shopping: Weddings

 

or

 

Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Shopping: Jewellery

 

 

Any update would be great, to know if it's even in the queue!

http://www.hotjewellery.co.uk/ and http://www.bridal-jewellery.co.uk/ are fraternal mirrors, your business can be listed under one of these sites only. As http://www.hotjewellery.co.uk/ also contains bridal jewelry, I would consider that the main site. This site will not be listed.

The 2 sites www.hotjewellery.co.uk and www.bridal-jewellery.co.uk are separate sites.

 

There is a link on Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk to www.HotJewellery.co.uk site, but that is all.

 

Surely the 2 web sites can have separate submissions/entries?

It is one business, it is up to you how you want to split your sites up as far as websites go--but from our view it is still one business/one listing. Sites such as this are considered fraternal mirrors and are not listable. http://dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html#notinclude

Sorry but no, they can't. Having two different URLs doesn't necessarily mean you have two different sites, at least not from a DMOZ point of view. We're looking for unique content, so if one site mirrors the content of another site it can't be unique.

and to add to what Senoz said, which reiterates what was said earlier - even if they don't exactly mirror, they are two sites belonging to the same company. Only one is listable, therefore. What we *can* do for you is if you let us know which one you would prefer to have listed, we can try to make sure that one gets in.
