Editor Status in Categories

Hi there,

 

I was wondering if you could point me to where I can find out if there are any editors in the category I have submitted I think two years ago.

 

At the bottom of the category:

http://www.dmoz.org/Shopping/Clothing/Ethnic_and_Regional/European/Celtic/Scottish/

 

it just has the adverts to become an editor.

 

Does this mean there isn't an editor and that I have no chance of ever getting listed.

 

I feel I had to post this as after two years I finally having something on a DMOZ web site :D
