johnsmith Posted August 29, 2006 Author Posted August 29, 2006 is there are all records in .rdf files that listed in dmoz hi, is there are all records in contents.rdf and structure.rdf that dmoz list on their site.
sfromis Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Are you asking about the number of records in the RDF dump files? I can tell you as of a recent RDF dump, structure.rdf.u8.gz had 714950 categories, 630201 alternate language links, 575428 related category links, 810095 symbolic liks (@links) and 20317 newsgroup links. And content.rdf.u8.gz has recently been counted to have 4806467 listings. I do not know how the dmoz2mysql works (or not), but as I see no relationship from your to my numbers, it does look as if something may be incomplete.
