Submit site links dead (portuguese version)

Hi all.

 

In the portuguese section there seems to be some problems submitting a new website. In the following category, the 'submit a site' (sugerir site) does not work - and the same goes for all subcategories etc.

...does anybody know if this is a temporary serverrelated issue or if this is an ongoing thing?
