Is there anyway to see when my site was listed?

No, sorry. Aside from the fact that the ODP servers aren't working right now, we don't give out that kind of information.

If you really badly want to know, you can check the archived ODP databases (RDF dumps): http://rdf.dmoz.org/rdf/archive/ (not recommended unless you're prepared to download rather big files, and understand the XML-based file format).
